An over 55 residential community with ample room for two people and the occasional houseguest. This, is in reference to their condos and not their private home's which are also included within the community. The community is very active within their membership for various groups to gather, go to places of interest, or renting out the community center for private gatherings, such as: birthday parties, anniversary parties, etc. I personally would rather be surrounded by far more trees, and nature than another house that is a duplicate of my own. But, I am supportive of the value this community provides it's member's and the relationship between the residents are one's of great significance as no one should feel isolated living here. A good place for the population it's been of service to, and continuing to grow exponentially!
