I went with a group from work, we went and met the volunteer coordinator for orientation. He was fun, kept it light, answered our questions and got us into the kitchen to meet the chiefs. They split us into work groups, and off we went. I scooped lentils, packed meals, stacked finished meals onto trays the into the racks for storage until they get sent out for delivery. It was a great experience, looking forward to going back again.

The assistant at the front desk was amazing, very kind and the help very fast I will recommend to those suffering chronic illness to apply and if you wants to become a volunteer it will be greatly appreciated,they need your help, and donations, BLESSINGS to all of you for your care

This is an amazing organization that I had the pleasure of knowing when my mother was a client. My mother suffered from Parkinson's, Dementia and other medical ailments, when it came to caring for her, cooking her nutritious meals was challenging because of her dental and dietary condition. Project Angel Food was there for her every Monday, come rain or sun or holiday, with fresh and sometimes warm holiday meals. They have exceptional food, fruit and desert for there clients, they are punctual and always professional. This is an organization that I will continue to support. I will always be thankful for all they did, while she was a client.

We have a vegetarian diet, but no vegan diet. We currently serve only within the borders of Los Angeles County.

PAF is a home delivered prepared meal program for the critically ill homebound in LA County
Vaccinated, plus booster. Vehicle with insurance if you are going to deliver. You can contact their volunteer coordinator Holly for details.
Those who are eligible for our program can receive 7 meals delivered weekly. Some may qualify for additional meals based on need.
I live in a senior Manufacturer home Park. Many are concerned about food after rent is paid. Looking for help. Tx
I don't think so. If you volunteer you can be fed at the end of your shift. However, you have to go through orientation and sign paperwork first. Next you have to email the volunteer supervisors to request to volunteer.
