The very best food pantry when times get tough. Super nice people run it and they provide really good quality food that you'll actually enjoy eating. As an example, the bread they give out is from Canter's Deli.

folks can you be open for longer hours? Many of us recently lost our pandemic unemployement benefits and live on the street. In the heat walking sometimes it is hard to make it there by your place on foot. some of us are really at times are starving.. I personally dont mind doing volanteer work for food. There are so many hungry people. But I have no car BMW repoed my vehicle when I lost my job last year and I got thrown out on the street.. So if possible please adjust the hours so we all can make it. Some of us dont have cars..and backpack is filled with clothing and we cant intake much food. So it would be nice if we can eat there at those tables..

They are very efficient with providing you with a mix of store bought items, prepared foods, fresh fruit & veggies. They do not make the food but the do provide you with choices for what you want and don't want to take.
Went up there to check and they were closed. We don't get ebt until the 4th and need food bad. Is there any emergency food boxes near la cienega blvd today on Saturday? My husband is not here on the days food bank is open so we will never make it
Yes. They are open on Wednesday. Wonderful place to get food and many other support services. The staff is wonderful.

No. However, they will provide you resources of information to direct you to complete a CES intake, housing navigator assistance or shealter information. Complete your Los Angeles county, CES at any intake assessments location or community resources centers in order to gain housing services. I personally just finished getting housing services through assistance and 3 years of being homeless, so I works. They do collaboration with multiple services agency, it works slowly. I am housed, affordably, yet patients and consistency along with my adaptive diligence was inpairitive. Visit Sova, and they will start this assistance direction and provide food with limited additional services and resources. They start the help for sure... and someone has to be the starting point. Keep in touch of your future progress.

Correction ! You can Only go ONCE a month , and as far as what you need to do is bring some form of I.D. and they will make you a card on the spot. Oh ! Don't worry about only being able to come once a Month they stock you up with 6 - 7 Bags of food including Meat , Milk , Bread and toiletries for FREE ! O.K. !
