Staff sleep! They treat people like they are no nobody they lie on resident to cover up things No heat ! Nothing Godly about Good sherperd they aren’t helping anyone a elderly lady was hear 14 months just got housing since I hav e been here three months they have not helped anyone. they say they help on website is a lie ! food is old expired ! The manager is a bully ! She is mean to elderly And mental people ! They say it’s a low barrier shelter they have no security ! The bottom line is I don’t see how they are helping the staff has no resources if they do they don’t tel ! So this shelter is just a bed ! They help no one ! When you speak on what you see going on they lie to make it like we are making things up ! It’s sad ! We tell the director nothing changes. A lot of lies and cover ups! No one is getting help at Good shepherd Not mental help DV help drug help job resources Nothing ! Just a bed ! And staff that is unqualified and treat you poorly It’s sad !

I don’t think you’re just able to walk up and make an appointment and you have to have a case manager for them to refer you to the spot well that’s how it worked for me I could be wrong but you could call the front desk and they will help you with better assistance hope that helps 😊
Speaking as a resident I think there are two beds open right now if you trying to get in I would recommend you do that as soon as possible even sooner if you can if you’re trying to get a bed 😊
