The nurses were nice, it was fast I was in and out in about an hour. The doctor listened and I feel he gave me the proper care for me that I have Lupus. I’ve had horrible experiences in ER and I’m very pleased with the clinic, doctor and staff. I got a steroid shot, meds, blood work and urine exam. Just at the end feel the nurse forgot about me but another nurse came to rescue and gave me hot packs to come home. I feel like attention was given to the areas I addressed and given the care needed. Thank you to the staff and doctors. Having lupus is challenging and not been heard, I’m extremely grateful.

They are running a racket here. I was charged $190 for wrist splint that costs $41, double charged for 1 x ray. And charged $845 for "treatment" which I imagine was when a nurse handed me the overcharged splint. Then I saw the doctor whom took less than one minute with me after reviewing x ray to say I should see a specialist and sent me on my way. I will say the nurses and front desk people are cool and helpful though.

The front desk person was very helpful over the phone (twice), sounded knowledgeable, professional, interested, competent and kind. The intake process was easier than at other Exer locations (no phone app download and check in and wait nonsense). The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The doctor was also attentive, confident, communicative, responsive to my questions and concerns, reassuring, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

HORRRIBLE * Tell you it is a 30-45 minutes wait - NOPE 1 hour 45 minutes I would have left had they been honest. Not sick, need 1 x-ray and that long of a wait is ridiculous. Had this happen last time and tried again - nope I same BS. Exer RB Management you need to staff up, you are the worst care facility in the South Bay.
