My experience was great. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than for them to call me. They said that if you arrive late they will only have 3 nurses and a doctor so it will take time to assist you.

My second visit in 2 weeks to the facility. Both Doctors and Nurses were very knowledgeable I was very satisfied With both visits, and I was gone within the hour both times.. Everyone there was very pleasant and I felt they cared about me.

I always have a positive experience every time I need to to see a doctor here, and this last visit was no exception. I had to take my husband in for severe swelling of his foot ankle ,the doctor and nurse were attentive, efficient and extremely thorough to administer the proper treatment and procedure to obtain answers to my husbands condition. In addition, due to Covid I was not able to go in the clinic and be with my husband, and a nurse by the name of Glenda was so helpful and accommodating in assisting me.She came out and kept me updated on his condition, checking to see if I needed anything and I was able to wait in the lobby before my husband was discharged. Glenda made the 3plus hour wait not as unbearable. She is efficient ,attentive and genuinely cares for patients and their families.

My experience that I received was great from the time I check in to nurses Jenny, Jen, and Jose the X-ray tech. Very attentive to my needs especially when you are in pain and not not feeling well, Thank to both of the Dr’s that took care of me. And leaving the urgent care one of the security walk me to my car it was very dark I appreciated .
