My wife and I had to take a last minute Covid test before our 10am flight. We found this online and we’re very pleased with the service. We were able to book an appointment online very easily. When we got to the location we were seen almost immediately but the very nice group of staff. We were on our way to the airport within 5 minutes and got our results 35 minutes later. Definitely recommend going here if you need a last minute Covid test done before traveling

I came it to get a cyst looked at and drained. I checked in before 11:30am. The attendant at the front said there would be a 2 hour wait time. It took 3 hours to get called in to a room and get my vitals checked. I am sitting in the room waiting to be seen by a doctor as I write this. At 3:34pm, and the nurses said that it would be another hour or so to be seen. Had i not invested this much time already, I would have left a long time ago. The time and fashion in which things are being handled today seem extremely unprofessional. Reliant needs to focus on training their staff better to avoid wait times this long. People’s time should be treated with a higher regard, so just because they are on the clock and getting paid for their time doesn't mean its ok to drag their feet and make us wait these outrageous hours. I will be posting this review everywhere I can in hopes of catching someones attention so that this does not happen to anyone else.

They LIE. No affordable/ convinient parking for patients. They say something on the phone and another thing in person. They prices varies day to day. There is a huge disconnect between the information provided over the phone and in person. No parking to accommodate the patient's needs. They don't CARE at all, the only CARE they have is for your MONEY. I hope they go out of business because this is inhumane.

This place is clearly under “someone’s” payroll. My husband came in because of a job injury with visible injuries. He explained to the “Dr” what had happened and how much pain he was in. The so-called Dr. writes in the forms for the employer that my husband doesn’t have any injuries and can go back to work. Mind you no X-rays or exams were performed. Fast forward to the “follow up”. The Doctor states that because it’s been over the allowed time for a follow up he can no longer see him and has him sign, however upon receiving a print out of the “discharged” papers it turns out what they made him sign was not what they told him. They used his signature on a form stating my husband agreed that there was no injuries and he should return to work with no limitations. My husband is starting physical therapy as directed by a real doctor who took the time for X-rays. Talk about malpractice!! Save your money and your insurance. This place is NOT worth it. They would let you die if they could.
