I circled the Culver City area for parks. I drove to 3-4 checked them out. They weren't real suitable no shade/restroom/parking. Veterans Memorial was my last resort! I was looking to eat my lunch. Jackpot! Veterans Memorial had it all! Very large park, plenty of parking and shade in multiple areas around the park. As others described it has all the amenities something for everyone and all nationalities! It has a museum as well! Nice, pleasant, and very enjoyable! I actually fell asleep! Lol 😆 I recommend Veterans Memorial. I'll be back and bring a friend.

Such a lively park! From tennis, to skating, to the playground. So much space for everyone. Found these beautiful flowering trees throughout the park as well.

Cool park. I could do without the millipedes, but the kids enjoyed themselves.

Great place! But we had an issue with a woman named Susan, there was an event and we had a few last minute changes and instead of handling the situation in a calmly manner, she panicked and called/emailed a lot of people trying to find one person in particular, she could have called the person directly and made us think everything was going wrong. If she can't handle a situation like that then she should have someone else take over to avoid scaring the renters.

The park is free to the public. The swimming pool is very reasonably priced. Gorgeous green lawns. Beautiful place to be with nature in this hustle and bustle City of Angels. And two block-long free parking.
The restrooms are on the west corner of the park, near the playground and Culver Blvd.
There is voting happening at the moment all the way till the 15th. You can find the voting center in the auditorium (where the water fountain is) there should be a sign
