They Do Not Help You Solve Injustice, This State Is Corrupted, There Isn’t A Justice System To Protect The People. They Send Generic “We Can’t Help, We Don’t Care” Letters As Response With Zero Resolution. The Problem Is Each Department Protects Each Other Instead Of Having Accountability When Wrong Is Done. That Is Not A Real Justice System, Make Sure You Know Who You’re Voting Into These Position’s, Voting Needs To Be Something That’s Required To Study In Order To Vote. We Vote These Career Politicians And Public Servants That Do Not Serve The People Or Only Serve Those They Feel Should Be Served. Riverside County Is A Cesspool Of Corruption!!

AG Bonta has violated his own terms of service by rigging Assemblyman Election District 18 in favor of his WIFE. NEPOTISM at its finest... On another, perhaps worse, note is the CA DOJ's mishandling of CURES 2.0 and controlled substances. They place patients in dire, legitimate medical need--by no fault of their own--at the mercy of an over-regulated database that is nothing short of medical coercion. Opioid overdoses continue to rise despite the invasive database that is ostensibly designed to end the opioid epidemic.

My friends. The CAAG has a website. It shows the various departments and divisions that the office is divided into. If you are creative, you can find the name of the person running whatever division you're interested in contacting and you can write them a hardcopy letter and you should receive a response. If you don't, write a complaint letter to the attorney general himself saying that you wrote a letter and you have a received a response and I guarantee you.... you will after that. Otherwise just calling in with a vague complaint or issue and asking to speak to an attorney? I'm not sure what you were expecting? a lawyer just waiting there to talk to you? and to handle your case ? so if you send a letter they can research the issue and get back to you but yes the AG will not generally be your personal attorney. For example, if you feel a debt collector has done something wrong they are likely not going to sue The debt collector for you. However if you asked them to take disciplinary action against the deck collectors license, then you may have a better chance of getting something going. be creative
Chris
The Attorney General's Office is an affront to the citizens of our so called "democratic" republic. They don't pursue legals matters that would help protect consumers and workers alike, instead, they bow down to the special interests of this country, just like most other governmental agencies. Are they pursuing a suit against the DNC for the leaked emails that clearly establish intent to commit electoral fraud? Do they go after companies like Disney that abuse the H1B Visa Worker Program? No and no, because they have no interest in carrying out the duties of their office. Corrupt to the core.

This is a great issue to be challenged in a court of law. Lol! I see that we both have a meeting of the mind. Those were my EXACT WORDS.
I want to report a scam of the universal church or stop suffering there are many but I was more than five years in the 625 s Bonnie Brea st Los Angeles ca
Absolutely. Word has it Mr. Rosete is working on it.
even if you get your record expunged it is never truly completely off of your record depending on what type of job you need work permit for job expungement may still show criminal history just depends on the nature of career. I would contact the department of Justice there you can get your entire rap sheet you can argue anything on it or you can go through the expungement process. The self help at any courthousewill help you to file the necessary paperwork as long as you have your rap sheet. Department of Justice will send you a full rap sheet every time you even come in police contact and your name was noted
It is not easy sometimes the best bet for you to start with death certificate showing your name as next of kin, next remember an EIN is issued by the internal revenue service so may look on their website I would imagine a person won't be too helpful do to so much frogs stuff these days they will probably give you the run-around however they may have a form you can fill out because a lot of stuff is asking for EIN these days. As long as you can show that you are next of kin or beneficiary then you can get it done unfortunately the emotional factor of losing your father is hard enough and these places will give you the runaround so just mentally prepare yourself stay strong and keep moving forward we're one says no it does not mean that that into the as a whole will say no call it a different time if you need to get a different person and don't give up it is possible I promise good luck
As long as you are not haw thorne in anyone side doing it.
Is very difficult to sue them however if you have not gone to the chain of command you definitely cannot sue them your next step is to call HealthCARE options in which case you'll file a complaint make sure you start if you haven't already with a paper trail of notes on your end time and dates you called who you spoke with what call center or employee number they may have as a reference to who you spoke witha lot of times they will get scared and I want to give it to you just tell them that you keep a record for your own notes. Health care options will thenprobably file a grievance for you as well but only they will jump on the bandwagon or give you the option to switch insurances it's not always that easy if you got medical stuff going on because you may need the same doctors but they will get LA Care to do what needs done. Also the next step after healthcare options would be the ombudsman office for whatever county you are in over medical or health care a live person is option 9
You need to file a petition. Go door to door and gett as many signatures as possible if there are more than one adult that live in the home try and get every adult 18 or older to sign I would recommend you just writing unit number afterwards so it doesn't scare anyone that they're going to be evicted which would be a violation of tenants rights however people still worry for that. Get everyone to sign it and then you can submit it through the courts to see a judge you can probably find a free housing rights or even department of health may help with a little guidance but that gets tricky do to legalities. on the petition that you were going to have signed you are going to write up maybe one paragraph two at most very detailed of what it is people are signing what it is you want and when it is you want the change why it is you want to change and be sure to find legal reference if you can or health reference if you can, ex small courtyard many children second hand smoke, etc.
Your building was built in 1991 and the Rent Stabilization Ordinance is limited to buildings that have a Certificate of Occupancy issued on or before before October 28, 1978. A Certificate of Occupancy is issued on paper and mailed to the owner by the Los Angeles Dept. of Building & Safety building inspector, when construction is finished and all inspections passed. The dept. keeps a copy on microfilm and the IDIS computer program, which can now be accessed online on their website ladbs.org. Your building was built in 1991, your landlord can raise the rent as much as he wants. Vote for Proposition 10 to lift that date limitation!
Call your local police department using their non-emergency number. Do not dial 9-1-1. The police are your first line of contact any time you suspect a crime has been committed. Good luck.
Them. They are already on the phone.
You can get it on line by googling the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and click on their forms website.
Depends on their financial interest in the business.
