"Hard work, low pay and miserable conditions" 💪
Janine Walker
The only Description of The California Conservation Corp is from what I've seen on T.V. When there is a dis aster happening either locally or throught the country. For exampl All of our Wild Fires we've been having throught California and elsewhere. For years I've thought of giving back to Mother Earth. And bottom line giving back to our community, state and country. I feel very blessed to live in the States. I would hate for our children. Our children's children and their children's children. To not be able to enjoy our National Parks, Mountain and Beaches. To not have a opportunity to learn about all aspects of the outdoors while having a opportunity to educate others in our communities throught out our country the importance helping others during times of crisis. And from what els I can tell. So many other things like prevention. So.....yes...... I'm impressed . And I'm eager to get as much information on the Corp as possible . Sincerely, Janine Kistler Walker

Its been an life changing experience. I have been to too many spikes and fires. I worked my butt off to get where im at. Got my class B. Was able to supervise, train and develop c orpsmembers and holding them accountable for their actions. Low Pay, Hard Work, Miserable Conditions and More. If you can make it here. You can make it everywhere. I love this program because of all the opportunities they have. I would make this a Carrer. My next step is becoming a C1. THANK YOU for all the opportunities.

A ride where? Once they accept you in the program they will provide the ride to whatever facility you're stationed at. And they will also provide your ride back home if you quit are if you're terminated. If you mean a ride to apply or go to your scheduled interview, then that part is up to you.
It will depend on the person like what questions a person might ask. But about 30 minutes you can talk to a person at 800 952-5627.
Was told by my recuiter that it depends where you're looking to go. Call yours to find out where you're at. Because I want to live somewhere I will wait longer.
