From day one, our Leasing Consultant Crystal has been amazing. We moved to LA from the UK, so all move in procedures / renting paperwork was completely different; but she took the time to take us through what we needed, reassured us when we had concerns and overall made us feel in safe hands. Her tour really showed the best of what Park La Brea has to offer, and gave us aspirations of what we want in the years to come, (we see you 12th floor, 2 bed with Hollywood view ). Also knowing that she choses to live on site, adds to the feeling that this is a great place to live. Pool/ gym / family nights / bbqs it really does make you feel at home.

It looked great in pictures but the carpet was very off putting. Maintenance sometimes takes forever. I had to wait weeks for a key to my bedroom in the apartment. My building has very thick walls so I pretty much never hear neighbors. I had to go for a parking pass because it’s impossible to find parking sometimes, an extra $60 but worth it. Everyone I have met has been really nice and welcoming so I would recommend this place at least my surrounding Towers like 46,45,43.

Please report this. The kids were standing in the wall. This is very risky for public safety. Somebody have to solve this problem. The tree is very dirty and kids are playing on the wall between the apartment complex and the streets in a concerning and disturbing manner.

Worst experience ever. Do not move here. You may think it's worth it due to the relatively "lower" cost of living, but it is not worth it. The $200 or so you'll be saving a month will come knocking in the form of management headaches. Parking alone is a nightmare. Even with a parking pass and a designated parking spot, there were times my car was towed from my spot due to last minute "construction." Management essentially only cares about moving you in and moving you out. They're incredibly effective at move-in and move-out, so that's where the 1-star comes in. Everything in between though, they are quite ineffective at. I don't blame the people working there; I imagine it's quite difficult overseeing thousands of tenants in a giant community... but that doesn't mean I recommend anyone live there. You will get a much better bang for your buck literally anywhere else in LA. I cannot stress this enough: go elsewhere.

I put my name on the Park La Brea waitlist in 1969. I’m still waiting….
They may not be allowed now, but I stayed in one in October 2017
I'm so sorry that happened. He should know a stub or ticket for the $ order. Through that it can be found/traced.
not all tower units have one. if you don't they are in the basement and only open from 7am - 10pm. so if you are an adult, you can't do laundry at night...
No tennis courts. Pool and gym (for extra charge)
The library is plb residents
Get the lower size. Also, the counter doesn't have much leg room.
Check with a park la Brea administration they may be able to help you
