The staff were generally very nice in person and took great care of my grandfather. Over the phone they made serious mistakes. When I called to ask about visiting him they didn’t ask who I was, assumed I was his son, and began to inquire about what I’d be doing with his remains. When I stated that I wasn’t his child and didn’t know that he had passed, they continued asking when I’d call for mortuary services. I don’t think they understood how abrupt and callous the tone of the conversation was. Hopefully things have changed in the way they break difficult news

Oakmont of Orange is a wonderful Assisted Living and Memory Care center. I've worked in dozens of senior facilities in the past ten years, and the care and service provided here are unparalleled. All the residents are well taken cared of, the food is impeccable, and the facility is kept pristine at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a friend or family to live here.

Oakmont is a beautiful assisted living community! The caregivers are very considerate and helpful, and they are willing to go out of their way when it is needed. It is a very clean facility and the food is absolutely fantastic! Our three family members, who are residents there, get the greatest of care, and we are so grateful to have found Oakmont of Orange!
