Orange County FamilySearch Library is a Genealogical library that is free to use. They have volunteer staff that are highly trained in doing research for our ancestors.

We have church records, German immigration from Russia and many others

In the course of my family research I need to access newspapers available only on microfilm via an inter-library loan. Does this library participate in the inter-library loan program and does it have a microfilm reader available for member use?

We have a microfilm scanner that will be very useful. We also have access to newspaperarchive.com at the Orange FamilySearch library.
