We were there for over 3hrs. We registered and still waited as people who were bearly walking in got attended first. It took them over 8 tries to attempt to collect blood and they couldn't do it. Then they had us wait another hour so the doctor himself can come and do the blood work. If they couldn't get it since the first attempts why didn't they just call the doctor in the first place. So unprofessional and rude. We will never come back here again.

Honestly no problems here, aside from the TV that needs obvious replacement. Cmon, they’re dirt cheap now. Front desk folks seemed helpful enough and they have a convenient self check in kiosk which is great for my introvert butt, lol. My tech that was in charge of my urine test was a very charming upbeat individual. So honestly all the stars are for him lol

HOURS ARE WRONG and each staff gives a different time they stop taking clients. Misleading information. Got there at 4 and was locked out for 15 minutes. Talked to 2 staff and every person gave a different time that they stop taking clients, and the last client got there few minutes before me yet they refused service to me (again, a different time they “stop” taking clients) When told that over the phone the hours were until 4:30 I was told that they’re NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION ON THEIR OWN PHONE LINE! I have been to quest before but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! MISLEADING AND RUDE.

At Quest Diagnostics (if you have an appointment), check-in is fast and easy. If you wait outside until it's your turn, you get a text informing you to go back to the lobby. Once there (and after you've handed over your ID and insurance card to be photocopied and have presented them with your doctor's lab requests), they call you to the back to have your blood drawn. The RNs are really good at finding a vain and gentle when inserting the needle so you hardly feel a thing. After drawing your blood and signing the necessary form, no more than 5 minutes will have elapsed. All the nursing staff are polite and patient. A really pleasant experience. Have an appointment, though, otherwise you'll have gone for nothing or will have to wait for hours.

They do but you will wait quite a while.
