End result was good at good price. Got 2 tires on a FWD car and new one were put on rear wheels. Complained about it and they claim it is company policy to do so and denied that I told them to put new ones in the front. Wasted extra 30 minutes until they relocate them. Black gentle man does his job, but could use a lot more welcoming skills like smiling a bit and saying Hi or I'll be with you shortly. While on phone, he never pays attention to anyone else. I felt neglected and not welcome, I almost walked out on the first visit. Maria: Comments like yours is no more than to make it sound like you or someone is working to resolve issue. All my experience is written out in enough detail. Listen carefully, smile a bit more and greet better. Location is obviously given. What else are you asking in email? If you would make change, talk to or train staff. Don't try to sound like you care by words.

I’ve been to this Firestone location for over a decade. I brought in my car for just a wheel alignment and they told me for an extra $20, they can rotate my 4 wheels with the vehicle inspection package. I agreed, since this is the 1st time I ever let them rotate my wheels because I always do it myself. Well, that was a mistake. 1st of all, when they finished inspecting my vehicle, they gave me the list of what’s needed to be fix and told me that my brakes and rotors will need to be replace soon, but I had them replace over a year ago, which I inspected it myself a few months ago and they were still good. The worst part is that when took my car home and took my wheels off to inspect my brakes, I found out the 3 of my lug nuts were missing and they replaced it with a different one. How can you lose 3 lug nuts???? And not informing me that your lost it or replacing it with the original wheel nuts??

The techs there were honest and friendly. They checked my car thoroughly even though I came to patch one tire. Funny thing though about the experience. I told them specifically on the phone and in person to patch the rear RIGHT tire. But when I called to ensure the work was done, they said they fixed the rear LEFT tire. Turns out they did fix the correct tire so all worked out well. I would still recommend them. ;)

This is the slowest Firestone I have ever been to. I have been a loyal Firestone customer and have been to Firestones all over the country and this one is the slowest. I even make appointments and they consistently take about an hour before they take my car back. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to wait. They do decent work, but are VERY slow. The other locations in Orange County or in Whittier are much better. The only reason I keep coming to this one is because I came here and they made me wait 6 hours to get new tires and an oil change so they gave me 3 free oil changes because they felt so bad. I have one free oil change left. After that, I will never return to this location.

Sorry it happened, Firestone needs to improve the service to customers.
Odd, I was here the other day for an oil change. No issues. Then again I don't know if you set up an appointment or just walked in. I did the former. In and out in under 2 hours.
Good safety precautions. Employees are masked and spacing is advised between customers
Possibly belt pulley. Come on in. With or without a bumper.
Any car really. 4 wheels to 6 wheels. All day long.
Sadly, we don't do that. Not enough space to get it in a car bay.
