I called in weeks before my visit and spoke to Luke on the phone regarding an issues with brake pad wear on my 2020 BMW 330i. There is an issue with the manufacturers caliper on my car that’s resulting in quicker wear on my pads. BMW was not willing to do anything and Luke said he was happy to take a look at it free of charge. He told me I could purchase the parts on my own and bring them and just pay for the labor which was reasonably priced. He was extremely straight forward with me from day one and extremely trustworthy. I had my appointment today and I honestly feel as if I have never had an experience before with a business as positive as this one. He first took a look at my car and told me exactly what he was seeing and told me i only needed new brake pads, when every other place I have called in regards to this issue told me I need to replace my whole rear braking system. He truly was the most trustworthy person I have ever worked with as a mechanic. Crazy to think they are still out there! I went to pick up my vehicle after al was replaced to him telling me that I got the wrong brake sensor but he had his wife go pick up the correct one at a local auto parts store. He did not charge me for any extra cost for getting the correct part. I wish I could put into words ho grateful I am of his candidness and caring. I will strongly recommend anyone I know and can not say enough good things about this shop. Thank you again - Dylan H
