While car shopping doing research online, seen a car I like from house of imports, although the car was on hold I was able to start with a online chat who happens to be my sale man “Ron” he was very responsive in getting me to the shop to view the car- once inside Ron was very patient and honest while answering on my question, it’s been 8 years since I purchased a new car, Ron the sales man made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Proud to be apart of Mercedes Benz family . “House of imports” was Great !

The buying experience at House of Imports was great. I called up the agent, made an appointment to see the car I which I was interested, and the car was ready for me when I arrived. Usually agents will allow you to test drive the car around the block. At House of Imports, my agent Robert allowed me to get on and off the highway 4 times, a total of about 6 miles. It allowed me a better feel for how the car drives. The rest of the buying experience was pretty great as well. I brought my own car loan, but the finance manager was able to get me a better rate from a local credit union. Overall, I’d highly recommend shopping for a car from this dealership.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the House of Imports. From the moment that we stepped in, everyone we encountered was welcoming. The salesperson, Anthony V. and finance manager, Omar, made the whole car shopping experience a pleasant and easy transaction. Anthony did an awesome job in communicating with us during the waiting period once we reserved our car. Dont know but at another Benz dealer the finance person. Printed signed and emailed Companies since they didnt want to really deal straight w us. All extended, service and reg.insurance must pay before GAP insurance Pays .

I don't understand your question exactly. I have 2012 e350c and this is my first and only Mercedes-Benz. Good - brand name. Styling of coupe. Ride is firm and confident. Bad - price tag considering features. Engine feels very rough, not smooth. Gadget controls are very uncomfortable , and not intuitive. Worst - many gas pumps don't work with MBZ fuel tank intake. Takata airbag recall started very late (this year) and my car is not serviced yet. Service person at house of imports lied about at least two things for this recall on my car.
