I have purchased this company’s “ROJOS AUTENTICO CLASSIC 5 LAYER DIP” many times. It’s a perfect party dip or quick nacho maker if you follow the recipe on the package. It’s supposed to be a “5 Layer Dip.” I’m writing because it’s not the first time I have had a hard time locating the guacamole layer which is almost nonexistent. The layer of guacamole is so thin and there is never be any guacamole in the center of the container. It’s almost like they spread it around the outside edges just so it will show through the clear plastic container. It’s just for show. There really isn’t a layer of guacamole. As I said, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this. There’s plenty of beans and almost too much salsa and a nice layer of sour cream on top. They don’t really add enough grated cheese on top to call that a layer. It’s really 3 layers of beans, salsa and sour cream. You have to hunt for the guacamole (and you never really find it). Then add a slight sprinkle of cheese on top. If this had been an isolated incident then I wouldn’t have written this review but it’s been like this each and every time I have tried this product. One cannot make the argument that there are slight variations. What is slight here is the layer of guacamole in this product.

They give priority for loading and unloading to the Mexican truck drivers from what I can see! Myself and one other white truck driver have been sitting here for hours while other drivers (all Mexican) have been coming and going seeming to be loading and unloading very quickly. I don't like playing the race card in my review, I'm only calling it as I see it! The man unloading my truck (Mexican) does speak English but he gives you a bad attitude when talking with you. He did not say anything rude to me during my visit to make me feel like he was being rude but it was his body language, the look in his eye when he's talking with you, and keeps conversation very short like he doesn't want to speak with you. Body language sometimes shouts louder than words. And I can tell he does not like white guys! I have delivered to this business a few times over the past couple years and noticed this treatment/prioritizing before so I think I can accurately make this assessment and put it in my review.

Your product is good but your packaging is extremely frustrating! I thought it was just me until I had my husband try to put the lid back on. This is the 3rd or 4th time of buying your salsa and finally realized it's not just me! You need to fix this or this will be the last time we purchase your salsa. Husband was about ready to throw the entire tub away!!

This place is not a good place to load at been here 3 hrs still nothing happening. 2 hrs since appt. Martin came in backed into dock went and checked in less then 15 minutes later they started loading him. He was last truck to get here.
