If I could give zero stars I would. They lack respect for human dignity and only care about money. For example, “vote with your wallet” and their rules for Covid, just so they don’t have to pay a bunch of money to get their training center cleaned. They abuse their power and get rich off of their members. Don’t get me wrong, there are some great instructors their. However, they are motivated by the wrong reasons and it shows. The union gots some deep pockets thanks to their communistic & socialist supporters. I resigned from the union about a year ago! Funniest thing is, they sent me a notification, via the mail, saying I am 2 months late on my union dues. Looking forward to see how they deal with this one! God bless America!

Out Of Work List phone service needs work... Fell back 30 spots on the list because I was trying the features offered.. Been waiting 3 months for work and moved up about 100 spots. Looks like I'll be waiting another month...

How could a professional business and perhaps brotherhood hang a banner about a labor dispute and turn it into a racist matter. I am truly disgusted and I would never work with any of your members in my life. Thanks for reminding us what your orange dictator want to be president is doing to america.

I was brought in by a union representative but I'm sure you can talk to someone there about how you would be able to joining the union
You could go to the local 714 and tell them you want to sign up as a 1st year apprentice. They also have a program called My Brother's Keepers.
It a Apprenticeship on job training after, then school after 4-6 months of work
You could go and join with no experience. Just go in and sign up. You will take classes to get better knowledge of the trade
