Utilities included which is came in handy during the summer. Not the most exciting area to walk but still relatively safe. Managers are quick to respond if there is an issue. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

I've lived here only 3-1/2 months which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Clean place, I have not seen any roaches at all. Manager, Assistant manager& maintenance people have all been professional and responsive. So far I've not had a single regret about moving here.

My name is Hanan Emmanuel, I lived there, the property Manager Micaela Macias came to my apartment to check the alarm system, she saw the photo of Jesus Christ, She looked bad to the photo, since this time, she began to treat me badly cause I am Christine, She discriminated me regarding to religion. I was very nice to her, she was not humble person and she felt that she was better than others. She did not how to tread people, she liked to control people. My neighbor smoked drugs beside me, another neighbor MADE drugs at residual. She did nothing to them, she kept adding late fees with no reason cause I complained about her poor customer service and I am christian, she used to lie if she was at a hard situation, The office at Newport beach did nothing about her poor performance, they are friends to keep their jobs and ignored the customers. Micaela Macias made group with the office assistant against the residents to keep their job. They did not return my security deposit, I wonder how she became manager. I do not recommend this place at all to live.

Don't live here the manager Micaela is so dam rude and she will find anything to tell you stuff! How does someone so mean and rude get to be manager at this place she walks by people that live there and she doesn't even say hi ! she walks around thinking shes better than everyone..DONT RENT HERE NOT WORTH IT!
