CUSTOMERS BE AWARE. THE TECHNICIAN WHO WORKS HERE IS NOT HONEST AT ALL. I went here for a wheel alignment. My car was properly aligned 3 weeks ago but after replacing the steering wheel with an aftermarket one, it was off center so I took my car here for a minor toe adjustment. I watched the whole process and the technician didn't even unbolt a single screw to adjust anything. Instead, he tapped on the laser receivers attached to the wheels with a mallet until the alignment results were within spec. Since I am a regular person who doesn't know the alignment process, I assumed that he was doing what he was supposed to do. The alignment result sheet said everything was perfect but the steering wheel was still off center. There was no change at all. So I did some research and found out that he didn't adjust anything and just faked the results by altering the receivers. IF YOU NEED A WHEEL ALIGNMENT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR WATCH AND MAKE SURE TECHNICIANS DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.

I had an awesome experience at American Tire Depot in Buena Park. Frank went above and beyond helping me out with my new tire purchase. I accidentally gave the wrong specs to the call center when I was booking the appointment. The correct size tire was actually more than the one I was originally quoted but he honored the price. Due to a tight budget I wasn't going to be able to get the extended warranty but again Frank crunched the numbers for me and was able to give me a nice deal on everything so I was able to get the extended warranty.. I will definitely be returning to American Tire Depot in Buena Park for all of my tire and service needs.

They we're very professional and courteous. I'm Definitely Coming Back whenever I Can. Don't worry if it doesn't say Americans tire it'll say it's a tire company. But trust me it IS 100%. CHECK the pictures if you don't believe me.
