Waited ten mins in line, my daughter used her mobile app the employee did not ring it up correctly. When I mentioned it she tried to tell me she did when I can clearly see on the receipt that it wasn’t. Same employee after I asked for the manger made slick about free food, when the coupon was for a free med drink and fry with the purchase of a chicken sandwich, when you complain they will talk about you in Spanish thinking you don’t what they are saying.

Food was fine except the French fries placed upside down in my bag. A little bit of too much in a hurry. The French fries were still great regardless.

Box came with dried ketsup on it an nuggets were like old hard dry dog biscuts..not to mention i had to send old cold grease heavy fries back. Terrible. I think they count on people just not wanting to go back for refunds management did compensate me for this so. I will give two stars for Resolution.

When I come in on my break across the street this one time, I waited almost 15 minutes for a simple triple cheeseburger with fries and coke. But nevertheless, the food in my bag was warm and was okay. I've seen some improvement when it comes to getting peoples orders out fast and correct.
