Nothing is perfect 100% of the X, however & I suspect that is the case in any & all renting “situations”. Since NOTHING is perfect I will not give a 5 star review. Very satisfied living in this well-kept and quiet community. Grounds are well maintained. Clean gym room and clubhouse with nice events. Pet friendly. Whenever repairs are needed, maintenance staff is very capable and respond quickly. Highly recommended.

I moved to Buffalo from Colorado in the middle of the Spring, 2020 Covid shutdown! A real living person answers the phone when you call! I love my apartment! It’s great having my own washer/dryer, front porch, patio and spacious well- designed interior with plenty of storage and an attached garage! The residents are very nice and the neighborhood is beautiful, well-maintained and centrally located near anything and everything you could possibly need. The amenities are great and there’s excellent communication between the office and residents. Roz, the manager is very nice and always responds quickly. I couldn’t be happier!
