True Zero Emissions
The most pleasant experience of receiving a ct scan, thus far. highly recommend! I have two preferences when i look for a place to have x-rays, ct scans or any kind or type of imaging. I highly, prefer that the equipment, be of the newer, technologies. And this was precisely, my experience. My second preference is, a place that is kind, professional in their interactions with me, and able to create an atmosphere, where I feel welcomed, and that I sense from the technician, that my imaging needs are important. My experience at this facility, is that all of my hopes and preferences were met, and exceeded. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The staff here are very friendly and professional. I get cluster phobic and they really put you at ease by being very supportive and explaining the details of the procedure. In the middle of the diagnostic procedure the staff was kind enough to tell you how many minutes are left. Super kind working heroes working late shift hours to accommodate those who work late. Keep it up guys, and many thanks to each one of you.

Better than expected visit this morning. There was a mix-up on my appointment time and they were able to give me another appointment 1 hour later which I appreciated. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The two technicians in the MRI room were very pleasant and it was so welcome to get that warm blanket on as the room was very chilly. I was even taken 20 minutes early. This is a very nice facility with nice people

I tried calling over the course of several days..always the same runaround. When I eventually was able to schedule an appointment for an MRI the service rep, only to have it booked it at wrong facility and then she had to transfer me to change it,after another 10min wait on hold I gave up. Called a competitor provider, they answered call, made my appointment in only a few minutes. Apparently they have too much business to respect their customers time. And the reply to my first post..that calling early in proves your CHANCES..really? CHANCES?
I had an appointment at 1:30 but arrived at 1:15. They were quick to register me and call me in... I had no problem. They might have busy days im not sure...I would give myself at least 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment just in case...

I'm not sure. I haven't met him.
They don't do walk-ins anymore, only appointments made through a doctor's request. If you have a request, call them to set your appointment, don't expect them to accept you if you haven't called and confirmed your appointment even if your doctor or whomever gives you an appointment time... expect to have the appointment next week.
It's a closed MRI, but it's wider than the older ones and it's open on both sides.
No need for appintment. Walk ins are welcome. But as to referal, you probably need one, why else doing x-ray? I doubt you have expertise to read them...
