Stopped by on the weekend which of course it was busy. However all staff were courteous and attentive to make sure my vehicle concerns were met. Scheduled a appointment and returned and Jose got to work on my alignment right away another gentleman performed a brake inspection and Florencio sent me on my way. Great experience at this shop. Would definitely recommend a visit if you have vehicle maintenance that needs to be done.

I got 4 tires for my car and purchased insurance for them. At the time of purchased they told me all I need to make a claim is to give them my phone number. When the time came to use my warranty they couldn’t find my file, they told me that they upgraded their system and I have to bring the original invoice. After few hours of back and forth they accepted my claim but it took them a whole week to get me a new tire. I had to drive around with one of those little spares that you can’t go over 50 miles. They rescheduled me three times.

Great service is hard to find these days, but not at American Tires! This place has a very friendly staff and skilled tire technicians. I needed a patch and they did it free. Definitely recommend, and i definitely will be back.

This people sold me Damaged Tires when I went in to replace my tires! As soon as I left the shop my tire pressure was low. Went back and they said it had a pin in them couldn’t show me the pin. From then on it was a different tire every week. I went in till I got frustrated. They couldn’t take any responsibility and now after a few months I have to replace my tires coz I am tired of having issues!!!! Specifically the Tarzana office BUYER BEWARE!
