I called west medical on desperate need for answers. First let me say this place is amazing the doctor reassured me he can fix my problem and not to worry. I can’t wait for him to do my surgery. Upon entering the office I was given paperwork to fill out. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming and professional. I was called in by the nurse within 5 minutes of completing the forms. The nurse came in and took pictures of my legs, then followed by an ultrasound of my legs. The doctor came in to discuss the results. He was very nice, answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. I had a 1:45 appointment, I was finished by 3:00. It was fast, never rushed, a very good experience.

Very happy with this experience. From check-in to being released, the staff was friendly and took great care of me. The Dr had to make mid-way adjustments to my procedure for a better overall outcome. Would definetely reccomend West Medical.
