I tried calling over the course of several days..always the same runaround. When I eventually was able to schedule an appointment for an MRI the service rep, only to have it booked it at wrong facility and then she had to transfer me to change it,after another 10min wait on hold I gave up. Called a competitor provider, they answered call, made my appointment in only a few minutes. Apparently they have too much business to respect their customers time. And the reply to my first post..that calling early in proves your CHANCES..really? CHANCES?
Calling before it gets too crowded gives u more chances for your call to be answered. I'd say before 9:30am
I called right before going and they did answered the phone and gave me directions how to enter because is not complicated
