I made an appointment and the receptionist scheduled me for the "wrong service" so when I show up to my appointment, I was denied service since there was "nothing they can do" and I therefore had to reschedule. How is that my fault? Still always have a long waiting time even with appointment. Then she wants to give me attitude for asking how that was my fault.

I am so mad, My husband been waiting for his last appointments for 5 months apparently we found out the staff members last all my husband's paper work now he has to start all over again with the process.

Couldn't run my insurance on a Saturday. So I had to pay out of pocket. No disclaimer saying that anywhere until you get there to check in. Staff are slow, lazy, rude and unprofessional. They tell you test results will be available in 7-10 days then when you call when they aren't uploaded to your profile in that timeframe they tell you 6 weeks. All the time being rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Had my appointment at 9:45am there was only a couple people early morning. Had to wait till after 12:00pm to get my service. Not good service on getting organize. Hope it gets better if not will have to change provider
