Called in advance to get 4 tires mounted and alignment. Representative said it would take an hour and a half, but in reality it took 3 hours what a waste of time. Also not sure why the mechanic would leave my head lights on.

Out of every facility I've ever visited that has to do with automobiles, this one was the absolute worst. I had an appointment for an alignment at 4:30pm and by 6:00pm they never even moved the truck into the maintenance bay to start. I took my keys and left. Wasted my entire evening, stay far away.

These guys were great today. Super-friendly. Got my tire fixed in under an hour for $30. Hope I don't need another tire patch, but if I do, I'm coming here!

Called 6 different tire shops before Firestone, who was the only one that told me they could do a tire plug from a lag bolt in my tire, in less than an hour (all others were 2 hours or longer). They told me 45 minutes but actually got me in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience!
