Today I learned that there are good people in the world from Pep Boys today. I had an appointment at 4 for an oil change and they were very professional and got me done in about an hour. But not only that. But I was having one of the most difficult days and while I was waiting couldn’t help but cry because of personal issues. The staff, especially Diego who helped me check out was so very kind. And wanted to make sure I was okay. He even suggested to wait in the waiting room till I was okay to drive. And he even followed up with a call to make sure I got home safely. With one of the most difficult days I’ve ever endured, this young man Diego reminded me that there are kind people still in this crazy world. He went above and beyond and can’t thank him enough. Additionally coming to Pep Boys was also like $30 cheaper than going to Jiffy Lube for the same service!!! Thank you Diego and Pep Boys for turning my day around. And being there for a complete stranger.

Very professional, polite and took their time to explain to me what they found... Which was spot on! I was aware of the issues before I brought my car in and did not mention these issues. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to their capable hands.

I always like to come to this location. The service is extremely good. I was helped by Humberto and Daniel, the manager. The mechanic, I think his name is Alfonso. He is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location for any need that you might have. They are very professional, I will have to go back soon for an oil change.

Not sure if they deserve 1 star. I went there because Fullerton Pep Boys messed up simple oil change and did not have technician to take a look. So I went to Pep Boys in Orange, they told me drain plug was not changed in last oil change and we need to change it which I eventually agreed to. After that I thought every thing is back to normal. But after a week I started noticing small oil leak again. So I took it back to Orange location. First of all they took 45 min to look at the car. after 2 hours a person from front desk said they don't know where the leak is and they will keep looking at the issue. After another 1hr they came with an update saying they found small leak from drain plug again and keep on saying the part was already changed but still leaking some how. And after a while they suggested to change oil pan which might solve problem. The quote was about 400$. It started with simple oil change and now am facing new issues with my car. Really Pep boys suck at there job. I thought other locations are little better from Fullerton but looks like all are same. I recommend if you have new car please pay a little extra and go to authorized car dealership.
