My car was in need of immediate service. I knew that there would possibly be an issue with me just showing up at the dealership requesting service. I called the dealership and spoke to Nathan. I was very concerned because I wasn’t sure if I should be driving the car. I explained my situation to Nathan and asked if it was possible to drive the car over. He showed concern and said he would be happy to take my car and take a look at it. I was leaving town the next day and would be gone for a while.
