The service department is horrible I advise anyone to take your vehicle elsewhere for service because they don't honor bumper to bumper warranty and also take advantage of women when bringing their vehicles in for service. We have a new kia sorento bought from there. The windshield wiper fluid hose was not on since we bought it but was in no hurry to fix it due to having 120000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. They charged my wife 80.00 to hook the hose back on which takes 5 minutes. I called and talked to them about the charge and they tell me it isn't covered under warrant due to they didn't have to change a part even after explaining to them the hose had been off since we bought it new from their lot.
