I got a good price for my trade in, and no market adjustment markup on the new Soul. In my search, most dealers had a 2k to 7k market adjustment. Zack was courteous, friendly and up front. I would ask for him were I in the market again. Over all a good experience.

Went due to indicator light on as well as having to have roadside assistance come out & give me a jump. My battery wouldn't start my car. There were 2 recalls done for free, of course. I was given an estimate for the indicator light part & labor. When asked if my battery was okay & holding a charge they it was fine. I had to call roadside assistance again, today, as my car wouldn't start again. I waited 3 hours for a jump & missed 2 appointments this morning that had to be rescheduled. One was a doctor appointment that now I have to wait 2 months before I can get back in to be seen.

Every time I try to call I can not get anyone to answer in service. I get transferred to someone that does not speak English and I can not understand. Then they try to give me an appointment for three months away for just an oil change.

Don't go here unless you want them to sell you a vehicle that had a recall on their motor and then won't honor the warranty...I will never recommend KIA!!
