Very disappointed in the service center ! My wife took my daughters car in for an oil change. After a couple days of driving we realized they didn’t put the screws back in skid plate. We took the car back in and they supposedly fixed it.Well …daughters boyfriend changed oil this time and recognized that the skid plate was zip tied !!! We contacted them about it and no one has returned our phone call.

My experience , I found the car I wanted and agreed to the price and trade in price on my Tiguan. Tell them run credit and I would like to use chase and they said no problem , come back and say it would be through someone else that they don't deal with chase anymore ( didn’t remember before they started? ) and tried to hit me with a interest rate 3 times more than on the car I have now (795 -800 ish score). So now I have a hit on my credit because they cant listen . They don't show you the offer from the bank just some printout of their own so they can mark up interest and get the kickback . Very dishonest people do yourself a favor go somewhere else , I am.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR TWO WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT LOOKED AT. ALLED ME ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS CARS IS AHEAD OF YOURS!!! Stay away from here if you can. At least the service center

Masks were being loosely put on by some as I entered. Too small of a space in the service dept to maintain social distancing.

Not sure if anyone from Parsons reads this. I all depends on if you want to buy or lease. If you are going to buy the down payment will depend on your credit score. If you have great credit you can get it with no money down. If you leave you may have to put down about 3,000+/- but monthly payments will be a lot lower than buying it on credit. You should Google it. Look for your best deal. If you are staying here for only till done with school it maybe best for you to lease. It sounds like you may be coming into some money next year and if that is true than buy it instead of leasing it. Either way good luck and enjoy your new KIA.
