This place is awful. Just seriously don’t waste your time. If you need to return Amazon packages, go to Kohls. If you need to ship something, I guarantee the post office is cheaper and more reliable. If you need a notary, go to the bank. Seriously let’s all refuse to use this establishment until they go bankrupt and we get a UPS store where the owner and associates care about customer service. If you want to see how you’re going to be treated, look no further than the snide comments from the owner on people’s reviews. Every organization is a refraction of its leadership and here the leadership is rude, snide, and crass.
