Just love this place! Always accommodating very courteous. Generally even the people or employees that are not part of your service and you have a good day or greet you hello and the ones that are taken care of you seemed to go well above and beyond 7-13-2019 Taking a well maintained vehicle in for an inspection and $1,600.00 later (before coupon) is a little disturbing. This vehicle has been serviced 98% Tri-State Nissan and 2% Browns. I think the maintenance practice and suggestions need to be evaluated to continually have to flush brake, cooling, CVT based on a number (Miles) I feel need to be re-evaluated. I have maintained the maintenance since purchase and still sustain high dollar repairs, maintenance should offset repairs or lower cost maintenance less frequent etc. 1-22-2020 Once again Tri-State has stepped up. Vehicle taken in for routine as always and only allow Tri-State, a dash alert for slippery roads and brakes illuminated several times. Not bein gable to re-create the alert they stepped up and drove the vehicle as their own taking it home and evaluating over 60 miles attempting to re-create the alert whereas the machines could not. All though they couldn't the effort put forth is greatly appreciated and why I continue my allegiance to Tri-State. Way to go above and beyond! KUDOS!! 4-11-2020 I indicated met my expectation becasue they are high. I will continue working with Tri-State as I have for over the past 13 years 4-13-2020 Efficient, courteous, prompt, helpful thinking they are seeking equivalent to scout moto 3-20-2021 Still top notch 11-1-2022 As you can read above through the years, I have always been an avid supporter of Tri-State Nissan and of the service department. Through the past few years each maintenance has required something, I do not believe there has ever been a time that I have taken my vehicles in and had the required maintenance performed that SOMETHING ADDITIONAL is required. Within the past year I have had quotes for tire replacement only to have better tires installed for ½ the quoted price. I have had an issue with the alignment since purchase in which I was eventually told the alignment was at its maximum and nothing more can be done and either trade it in or live with the pull to the right. Yet, when the last set of tires was put on, I had the 4-wheel alignment and again expecting the same information. I was given the “all good” and even questioned the alignment in which I was told all was good, and that they did have an issue with the one camber, but it was only frozen, threw some heat and it broke loose. Took it for a drive expecting that they lied to me but not the case, van drove perfect for the first time since 2012. Six or maybe 8-sets of tires later and find out that it could have been prevented the whole time left sour taste in my mouth. To make the taste bitter, when conveying that information to the service desk the response was “Oh WOW that sucks after all this time and could have been prevented” Here we are years later and finding myself recalling different situations like recommending a cabin filter when the NV-2500 does not have one, or and oil change after 2500 miles. I overlooked as simple mistakes and now wondering what else an oversight has been. Today I am told I need shocks and struts and when questioning the shocks, I have been told that about 2.5 years ago they were replaced but beyond the years I am informed that it is 63,000 miles. Regardless the mileage I would expect them to last about 5-years. When you start throwing figures around like $1,800.00 that is a real quick way to start getting flags up. At this point I no longer endorse or feel comfortable as I once did recommend Tri-State Nissan for their service.

Truly the best vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. Vladimir is awesome at finding the right truck at the right price. Excellent communication from beginning to drive off and even after the sale.

Service your vehicle at regular intervals as specified in the owner’s manual or warranty booklet. Keep records of your vehicle’s maintenance including the date, parts installed, vehicle identification number (VIN) and mileage recorded on the invoice. Keep your receipts, and we highly recommend you use the service log in the owner’s manual or warranty booklet if you have one.
