Dr. Wang and Dr. Quesnell very good. But looking for new neurologist due to staff. No one ever answers. Same message for months. Wait time ridiculous.

Horrible experience. Dr.Irene Ho will never call you to update you on your tests unless you call many times & leave her messages with the triage, you can't even reach her office. If you have a neurological disease save your time & health & find a different physician you'll simply get worse from Dr.Ho's negligence. Not recommended

Do they ever answer the phone? Recording just tells you to go to website but the website is terrible and you have to upload your insurance cards with no security at all. After reading some other reviews it seems it may be for the best. They don't want any new patients.

Dr. Lawler when I spoke to her was proactive in helping with my debilitating migranes and booking a further MRI. She referred me to Dr. Pham who was also very helpful. However I was called by an apologetic assistant who said she was not in my insurance network and rebooked me two weeks out. She said someone would call me about my MRI results and I was told that my Brain Damage at 30 years old was not serious enough to be seen. When looking online for sooner appointments I saw ample openings with other doctors. I will keep my appointment with the Nurse Assistant, but I do not appreciate the staffs treatment, especially when there are openings sooner, which I did ask if there were any closer to when my original appointment was. Being lied to by staff is not a good look for the office. I hope come time my next appointment I can at least get the information I need to move forward with my life and address my very serious, life altering health concern appropriately.

I also agree with what you’re saying. Trying to get a prescription refill has taken three weeks. CVS has called, I’ve called. Now I’m out of medication and have a killer migraine. And of course with the holidays …. 🙄
Yes there is
Yes, she is.
You can make and appoinment on the portal or phone in to make appointments
Depending on where you live Carlsbad is closer. You would have to call change appt.
IDK. Best to call the office or search your doctor's name on Google.
