In March 2022 I went to Renaissance's Northridge location and it was the first time I'd gone out alone in years since my daughter was ill and couldn't be with me yet it was pressing that I get the scan right away. While there I was a bit physically overwhelmed due to the illness for which I was there to get scanned. It was scary since I was alone. I'm grateful to the lovely front office staff member Livi H who helped me, took me to a comfortable private waiting area so I could catch my breath, got me some cool water, and made certain the tech knew where I was. Her gentleness was reassuring. Also the scan technician Alex was kind and patient with me; I was moving rather slowly. In a scary time due to illness and uncertainty I'm grateful to both Livi H. and Alex for their kindness, help, and professionalism.

My experience at Renaissance was positive. The center is adjacent to Northridge Hospital & easily reached by car or bus. I am especially indebted to Livi at the front desk for making sure my insurance referral was in order and errors were pointed out immediately. She is personable, understands the importance of medical privacy and is extremely professional.

I have always had good experiences at Renaissance Imaging, but the best experience I had was yesterday when I got an abdominal ultrasound. I am reviewing an ultrasound technician named, Heather. She was extremely welcoming and kind. She could see that I was a bit of a mess and she really helped me calm down. She spoke with me the whole time making me feel calm and at ease. I voiced a concern that I had, she listened to me, and checked the area of concern. She listened!!! Not everybody does that, so it felt nice knowing that I was being heard.

I went in person to schedule the appointment and provided all my insurance information. When I went in weeks later they asked for my information all over again. I scheduled an appointment for 745pm but received a text days before my appointment stating it was scheduled for 8pm. Even though I got here at 735 and waited for 40 minutes before I was called in. The technician was unable to start the ultrasound because the scheduler didn’t verify some information. I waited another 15 minutes while she ran around trying to find/verify some information/ as to how to proceed. The gentleman who is handling the front desk and the technician were very nice. The girl who scheduled my appointment wasn’t as nice and also didn’t do her job thoroughly. So what thought would take 10-20 minutes ended up taking over an hour.
