This morning I called the office and know this isn't the first time and it is always unpleasant. When the phone is answered and I say good morning and how are you, all I hear is silence. So then I move forward with asking my questions which are followed with deep breaths and then a answer or quick and snappy. And the parolees are talked to like that as well. Very unpleasant and unprofessional
