service is pretty bad takes months and cant reach anyone by phone without getting a customer service that is poorly equipped to handle the job.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. I recently called to ask a question about a certified coin that I felt may have been tampered with. I just wanted to put my mind at ease as I have never called before and wanted to verify that this particular date and grade had no issues or anything that might involve a counterfeit. I normally would use the NGC app prior to purchasing which I did but this particular piece seemed a little off. The call was answered promptly but the woman on the other end sounded pre occupied and just put off a vibe like she couldn't have cared less... (Apparently evidenced by other reviews) All I can say is that I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.. I am certainly going to think twice about purchasing anything graded by NGC in the future because of this interaction & PCGS will probably be my go to grading services for the future.

Service is getting progressively worse use to be one month turn around , then 2 months and now is 3 months. 1 month they hold the coins at their warehouse and another 60 days to grade. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Pay to join their membership, then get submission form, fill out, then send in. Or can contact a Authorized Dealer (like myself) and get it sent in by them...
