This is an Awesome bank and Awesome employees.My mother used to work here about 35 years ago They were so very nice to her and the clients that came in to the bank were so very nice to her my mother told me.In the end they l had to let my mother go because she had addiction problems (alcholic) it really changed her life she had to move away from California & go back to Texas . She died Several years ago of Breast Cancer it was really an awful thing she went through.But in the end her new Emoloyer was so very nice to her with her job and they gave her a Wonderful Funeral with Irishman playing bagpipes and transporting lots of employees & beautiful flowers.

This is a nice, newly renovated branch. A little bit snug. The customer service wasn’t that great. Didn’t feel extremely warm and welcomed but it wasn’t completely awful.

Rude! Every other BOFA that I've been to was great other than this one. They don't open up enough teller spots and no teller seems to be able to do any transaction alone. I came here 2x thinking maybe it was just a busy day. Nope... Same rude energy. The teller did not want to cash mu check because my boss's signed my check and the ink ran out. He completed the signature with the same color ink. It didn't even look different from all my other checks. I never had that problem. Ridiculous. Don't come here! Save your time and go to a different bofa.
