There is no parking validation for the Specialty Surgical Center, it's $18 to park underneath parking structure all day. You can park on Almond the side street where there is metered 2 hr parking, or if you have disability placard your good.
You're better off parking under ground. You get parking validation for 2hrs I think. So it's not too expensive and you don't bother with meter if you can get 1 or Street permit parking.
