Very unprofessional service,always & always low in stock,a lots of times after waiting 1 hour in line to get inside the store & they have no products,it’s a ridiculous place,even when you call you have to wait an hour for them to answer their calls,the whole world is normal,except Hermes store.

This place is terrible. They make you wait in the heat…don’t offer water or anything…you’d think they’d do that considering people are spending thousands of dollars here. The staff is super rude even though your spending what they make in a month on one item…I called to see if they could hold an item (while I’m in line outside) that I fully intended on buying and they couldn’t even do that. I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. Will never come back. This place is a joke and their attitude makes it even worse.

Wow.. just noticed this store is getting thrashed on their customer service. I had an amazing experience with my SA who helped me with my purchase. There was a wait, because they're assigning each party to a SA (meaning there is no random wandering around in the store touching things during this time of COVID) so I completely understand. Sort of the way it goes these days. I loved this particular location and will be coming back!
