Please yall take pictures of your jewelry before And after you leave I pawned my ring and came to get it last minute I went home observed my ring a diamond was replaced with a rhinestone I came back to explain that and the guy is going tell me my diamond wasn't expensive and walk away like it don't matter why would it be missing if it didn't have a value I even took the ring the same day to a jeweler on ogontz he even said the rhinestone was big and that the original diamond was missing if you pawn your jewelry beware going to these dirty crooks

Rude the clerk was not even open to true appraisal of items . they said they wanted tech gear , a tripod is universal for anything.Told me the iPhone I wanted to sale was fake , I have three Im am pretty sure I know the difference!! Waste of time , the energy over the phone was different from when I walked it also 👀🤚🏾
