The worst experience ever. Purchased a couch set and after waiting almost 3 months the rudest delivery guys ever. Left the boxes from the couch set on someone else’s property. I just happened to look outside after they left and noticed the boxes. I had to drag the boxes that were heavy around back. You pay all this money and I could not get assistance with the assemble of the furniture. The only thing nice that I have to say was my couch set was nice but not easy to assemble. I was given the run around when trying to ask about assembling the couch together. After your purchase the staff becomes rude and ignorant. Never would I treat a customer i would like to continue to do business with my company the way I was treated, There is a young lady there that would not give up her name but had the worst attitude. Never professional on the phone or in person. I will never purchase from Home Gallery again because once this company has your money your treated with disrespect. Please be aware.

They are rude and liar. Their products are piece of s**t. Extended warranty is a joke. DON’T wast your money. Check out the pictures i have attached. Update: Insurance company emailed me and said that they won’t fix the couch. Seriously don’t waste your money That’s what happens when you try to support local stores

Due to the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted it made the whole process easy. I was in and out and I was in no hurry to receive my furniture. When it was time for delivery I was notified that the furniture was damaged and they replaced it. Delivery was smooth the men listed to where we wanted the furniture.
