By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management team never responds to my inquiries - calls, texts and emails all unanswered. It is near impossible to work from home here because the construction is always so loud that I can't hear myself think, let alone try to talk during meetings - we're currently in week 11 of the project they promised would only last 6 weeks. The amenities are so restricted that they aren't even worth it to use. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of this garbage complex.

My MIL lives here. It's only been 2 weeks and it's going well so far. Most of the other tenants are polite and friendly. Staff is helpful and informative. The grounds are well secured and the apartments are nice. You can choose from small apt near the ground or larger apt in the air. Many dwellings to chose from. Alyssa was extremely helpful in the move, she made a frustrating situation more manageable.

Towers is overall a great place to live. Affordable, ample parking, amenities like the pool and gym. The main issue has always been management- for the past year and half that I’ve lived here they don’t respond in a timely manner to emails and fail to inform residents of changes around the property, like increases in electric or changing garage doors (which then require a new opener). Also REALLY wish they would rent out garage spaces per month. They’d make more money in the winter if they did that, and have happier residents!

The apartments are nice and up to date, and even our small 1 br feels open and comfortable with good storage. Can be loud from the parking lot or other apartments on occasion. We have had mice, but staff was attentive and helpful with it, and maintenance requests have been seamless and relatively fast. Grounds are kept nicely gardened and the front gate/concierge have always been really helpful
