This is my 3rd time here and let me say if you go to the right techs, it is an amazing experience. I love my nails when I get them done by David. Last time I came in to get my nails done because one broke and Dave wasn't here so I thought I took a shot and it was a miss. I actually had to come back to get them redone. However, they were very accommodating and was able to get it done with no complaints. Great customer service. Julie is doing my toes as I type this review. She is super sweet. I will request her next time also. I'm very particular and like things done a certain way. I will be back. I even got my employer to switch nail places. This one is a winner.

I love this place. Staff is kind and honest. Wonderful color selection. Beautiful inside! I love being pampered here. Nails last a long time and I work a heavy physical labor job; nails lasts for weeks. I get the gel overlay. Photo below is 2 weeks after manicure. They last really long. John did a great job.

Service was fast and friendly. Front desk was very polite when I was confused about the billing. They explained the price efficiently. I like the ambiance and how clean the facility is. I will be back.

The nail salon over all is beautiful on the inside but is definitely overpriced. My mom went and told me how much she liked it so I decided to go myself. I went the first time and had issues with my finished product and also noticed how expensive they were so I didn’t go back for a while. Recently I went back as a last resort option and again, had issues. Within the first couple days of getting my nails done, my polish on 1 nail was coming up and now after some time, the polish on another nail is coming up. Regardless of how old the set is (and it has only been about 2 weeks) my gel polish should not be coming up off of my nail after I was charged so much. I will not be returning.
