I had a overnight trip here. I went to sesame place and it’s literally across the street from the place so it was very convenient. It was very quiet and many places to eat in the area. The staff was great. There was a dark skin lady with black dreadlocks who was working on her own but was extremely helpful. She gave us recommendations for the area; where to eat, etc. We had a slight concern in our room. But it was more so of us operating the refrigerator which didn’t want to turn on. She came up did her magic and it was good to go. But overall she was great friendly and amazing. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was great. Breakfast was actually pretty decent a lot to offer. I give it 4 stars because of the bathroom door. Not kid friendly because there is no lock on it and it’s like a barnyard door. My child just open and close it whenever she felt.

Just returned from staying at Springhill Suites. I was very skeptical about the place based on previous reviews. We had a studio with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Check in was efficient, we were able to check in hours earlier than we planned. The room was prepared. We had no issues with noise or missing items. The cons: the bathroom; there was one functioning bright light which illuminated the whole room if you couldn’t see and had to turn it on in the middle of the night. The bathroom vent was also dusty and could use a cleaning. The breakfast was disgusting but overall our stay was great.

The only things this hotel has going for it are the friendly staff and its proximity to Sesame Place. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was their indoor pool. When we got there, it was closed for construction, which our kids were extremely disappointed about. The floors are filthy. My kids were walking around the room in bare feet and when getting them ready for bed realized that the soles of their feet were black!!! Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was mayhem - they just couldn’t keep up with the demand. Would definitely look for a different place if we ever visit this area again.

It is very close to Sesame place. So for that it is great. We got to the room. No towels. No soap. No nothing. Took me 40 min waiting in line to receive towels and soap. 40 min because there were 2 other people on front me with same issues. Staff just took really long time to address issue. Breakfast is free but... it is ...really really bad... really bad. Gym inside was with all broken machine To Summarize. Great location. Not the hotel itself. I don't think I can call this Marriott to be honest
