The front desk staff was amazing. So pleasant and accommodating. 5 minutes from Sesame place. A shuttle service is provided if you rather not drive to park. Rooms are nice and spacious

Stayed 3 nights for a Sesame trip. Had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything to cook just bring the food. Breakfast options were good fresh and tasty, so was the coffee. Lots of parking. Staff is helpful and polite. Close to shopping and sesame place. Definitely plan on staying there again.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. It was nice they had a basketball court where my kids could play besides going to the pool. When we checked in however there were dirty pillowcases on the bed. There pool area was filthy with bandaids and dirt were on the floor. I told two different people at the front desk and all they did was have someone pick up the bandaid. They didn't sanitize the area or clean the floor. The beds are hard as a rock and the pullout mattress was worse.

Great hotel for visiting sesame place. We had a king studio with 2 adults and 2 children. We were visiting with another family, also 2 adults 2 children. We were disappointed to not get adjoining rooms, booking the package through sesame place was not very smooth--unsure if there were issues with their site or what (we booked a few months ago so maybe resolved). There was a full sized fridge, and stove top and microwave. The bathroom had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I brought my own, so can't comment, but they were available. We brought our own pack and play, so also can't comment on infant accommodations. Hotel included an average hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle makers, French toast sticks, cereals, etc. The shuttle, and the driver Laurie, were fantastic. Laurie really went the extra mile and was friendly, provided information about the area, makes sure everyone gets back to the hotel, and when she was about to pull out she noticed our group leaving and circled back around to pick us up and had cold water and snacks for the group.
