Need a phone and want great service then head over to the AT&T Store in the Oxford Valley Mall. Make sure you ask for Jason. I have never interacted with a retail agent as knowledgeable and friendly as Jason. Jason made sure that I was able to receive all of the available discounts provided by AT&T and made sure that I left with the phone that was most tailored to my needs. In addition, for the last (3) weeks since I have purchased the phone I have received follow-up calls from Jason to be certain that I was both happy with my phone and service. Jason is an absolute gem and an A+++ Customer Service agent!!!

I couldn't have done it without Bopha. I've made literally all the calls I could under the sun. Bopha took her time to help me when no one else can. She figured out the problem immediately and found a resolution and quick. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed even though the problem didn't start with the store, it was through customer service and this has been going on since November of last year. I praise her for all of her hard work and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She's definitely a keeper. Don't let go of this one!
